Problem
This room contained a lot of items that don’t belong in a master bedroom. The clients had no place to put their books and every surface was covered with “stuff.” With piles of laundry and other reminders of work to be done, it wasn’t the relaxing retreat the client had always wanted. |

Solution
In striving to create the retreat the clients craved we suggested new nightstands in keeping with the scale of the room as well as a matching bookcase. We removed all items that didn’t belong in the room and discovered some beautiful keepsakes that the clients are now having framed. We placed a collecting dish on each dresser so they now have a place to put their jewelry, pocket change, cell phones, etc. at the end of the day. Attractive storage boxes on the bookcase house lesser-used smaller items and the addition of a few plants brings life and serenity into the room. Now mornings run smoother and the clients have a beautiful place to relax. |
